Our amazing aerial shots are taken with the DJI Mini 4 Pro. It’s small, light, and perfect for travel. This little guy captures stunning 4K videos and sharp photos, and with its smart flight modes and obstacle avoidance, we can get creative with our shots without worrying about crashes (unless we’re testing the sports mode - flying solo as a beginner has proven to be a bit more challenging than we expected). We also invested in the "Fly More" combo pack, which includes the RC 2, extra batteries, propellers, and a carrying case, giving us more flight time and convenience on our adventures. We bought the Mini 4 Pro in January 2024 and this is our first time owning a drone, so by no means do we claim to be professionals but with every flight, we improve our technique.

This drone weighs 249g, which means slightly less bureaucracy when we travel compared to bigger and heavier drones. However, the extent of the bureaucracy depends on the country you intend to visit, so please do your research before taking your drone with you.
